Thanaleng Warehouse State Enterprise announce that we have been improving our service since 2011 to serve our customers in a better service to meet our motto “Convenient, Fast, Safe, and Efficient”
1. We use new technology to service our customers. We also stop collecting fee for weighing goods, overtime charge, and reduce the process of documentation.
2. We have expended our service time starting from 8:30 to 16:30 without breaking (we have our employees to take turn their lunch time) if there were demand, we are ready to service you till 22:00 pm and include weekends, but you should inform us on Friday if you want a service on weekend.
3. We have storage services for
- Goods that are waiting to be sent abroad.
- Goods that are waiting to be sent to the 3rd country.
- Goods that are waiting to import legally.
4. Service of transporting your goods with door to door service within Laos and also transport to other countries that have borders crossing with Laos.
5. Now, we are preparing to use Automated System for Customs Data (ASYCUDA).
6. We have increased service’s area for 2 hectares.
7. We have a new branch in KIhammoun province, which we have officially opened on November, 10th 2011, additionally we are preparing to open new branches in Champasak and Bokeo provinces.
